Peptides for fertility
support

Targeted peptide protocols designed to support ovarian reserve, sperm quality, implantation, and hormonal signaling. Evidence-informed, compounded by licensed pharmacies, prescribed through telehealth.

Fertility-Relevant Peptide Compounds
BPC-157
Body Protection Compound

A 15-amino acid peptide derived from a protective gastric protein. Shown in preclinical research to promote angiogenesis and vascular integrity — mechanisms relevant to endometrial receptivity and uterine blood flow. Also studied for its role in modulating nitric oxide pathways and reducing systemic inflammation, both of which affect reproductive outcomes.

Current use in fertility-adjacent protocols focuses on uterine lining support and reducing the inflammatory burden that can interfere with implantation.

Epithalon
Tetrapeptide

A synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) based on the pineal gland's natural epithalamin. Investigated primarily for its telomerase-activating properties and anti-aging effects. In reproductive medicine, its relevance lies in ovarian aging — telomere shortening is a recognized driver of diminished ovarian reserve and egg quality decline.

Research in older female models suggests Epithalon may partially restore ovarian function and delay age-related fertility decline, though robust human clinical data remains limited.

Kisspeptin-10
Neuropeptide

A naturally occurring neuropeptide that acts as a critical regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. Kisspeptin neurons in the hypothalamus drive GnRH pulsatility — the upstream signal for LH and FSH secretion. Without adequate kisspeptin signaling, the entire reproductive hormone cascade is disrupted.

Kisspeptin-10 protocols are being studied in clinical trials for triggering ovulation in IVF, treating hypothalamic amenorrhea, and restoring HPG axis function in women with functional infertility related to stress, exercise, or energy deficit.

PT-141 (Bremelanotide)
Melanocortin receptor agonist

A synthetic analog of alpha-MSH that acts on melanocortin receptors in the central nervous system. Unlike direct hormonal interventions, PT-141 works through neurological pathways rather than vascular mechanisms. FDA-approved as Vyleesi for female hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD).

In a broader reproductive health context, restoring sexual function is a clinically meaningful outcome for patients navigating fertility stress, hormonal dysregulation, or post-treatment recovery where libido is compromised.
